• You remain responsible for verifying and updating your own resume and profile.

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You shall not share your account or permit unauthorized access.

4. No Guarantee of Engagement

We facilitate connection and discovery but offer no guarantees of interviews, employment, or project engagement.

5. Billing & Payments

• Engagements booked through the Portal may incur billing via the Portal using your selected rate card.
• Applicable income-tax deductions (e.g. TDS under Indian Income Tax Act) may be applied as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property & License Grant

• You retain ownership of your resume and uploaded materials.
• You grant [Your Company] a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, share, distribute, and transmit your profile to potential clients.

7. Termination & Suspension

• You may deactivate your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations or misuse.

8. Liability Waiver

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from candidate-client engagements, unless such billing was explicitly processed through the Portal.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

1. Scope & Controller

We are the data controller responsible for the personal data captured on this Portal.

2. Data We Collect

• Personal Identification: Name, gender, date of birth, contact details
• Professional Details: Resume, skills, education, certifications, experience, rate card
• Optional Documents: Photo ID, background check documents

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

To identify and match candidates with potential clients, enable profile sharing, facilitate billing, and communicate job opportunities. Consent is the legal basis under the DPDP Act, 2023.

4. Consent to Share

By agreeing to this policy, you authorize the sharing of your profile and relevant personal/professional data with verified clients for evaluation and interview purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or we have legal or operational reasons to do so.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards—secure hosting, encryption, access controls—to protect your data.

7. Candidate Rights

Under Indian law, you have the following rights:
